Sam is also Co-Founder of the WFH League, and an advisor to mobile esports service provider Gamerpro and investment fund Rewired. He has spoken at events including the World Gaming Executive Summit, the Asia Licensing Conference, Esports BAR Cannes, Samsung KX, PGC and more.
Romain spent the last 7 years working on competitive gaming across the world. He started on the brand side (esport manager for Razer Europe) before joining pro teams in Europe (Team Manager, Unicorns of Love), North America (Team Director, Optic Gaming) and China (Consultant, RNG). He now works in the business development department for Riot Games in Berlin, focusing on the monetization of the League of Legends European Championship.
After studying Biology at Oxford and Sustainability at Cranfield, Hannah spent the first four years of her career as an accountant with global leader KPMG. Over the last 12 years she has developed her expertise in the world of media, sports rights acquisition and new ventures, spending nearly a decade at Sky followed by serving as SVP of Corporate Development for Relevent Sports Group, before assuming the role Chief Strategy Officer for US OTT provider FUBO TV.
Magnus Leppäniemi, President of Esports has an extensive background in esports as a Senior Games Industry Executive.
Mr. Leppäniemi worked as Global Sales Director at DreamHack AB, one of the largest global producers of esports content, with broadcasts that generated over 375 million views and events that welcomed over 250,000 visitors in 2017.
As CEO & Co-Founder of Team Vitality, Nicolas has overseen its growth from a passion project to a global organisation with top performing teams, a network of content creators, and 20M+ followers on social media. Nicolas leads Team Vitality’s operational management and commercial operations. He has established some of esports’ most successful partnerships, securing Team Vitality sponsors including adidas and Orange. Having raised over €35M, Nicolas has built Team Vitality into one of the world’s most well-funded, influential esports organisations.

Swipe Right is the leading global esports and video games communications agency. Kirsty manages the growth and direction of the team with over ten years experience in PR and outreach strategies. Through her leadership Swipe Right has secured some of the biggest brands in the industry including Red Bull, PUBG MOBILE, FACEIT and more, supporting esports teams, platforms and 10,000 attendee tournaments. She was also named one of PCR's Top 30 Women in Mobile and MCV's 30 Under 30.
Ethan has a Masters degree from Copenhagen Business School and has worked in game development and tech for the past seven years. He ran a successful tech incubator before founding Skybox Technologies three years ago along with legendary CS:GO commentator Anders Blume. Their goal was to create technology to support esport game titles by optimising the match spectating and analysis experience; thus making esports more accessible to non-player fans and enabling deeper storytelling and precise analysis. In 2019, Skybox launched its Alpha 3D software for Counterstrike, which is now being used by the major tournaments including ESL, Blast Premier and Flashpoint and teams such as Liquid, Astralis and Navi.
Nigel Crow evaluates and acquires broadcast rights for esports, basketball and other sports. He supervises the commercial exploitation of the BBC Sport footage archive and liaises with federations like FIFA, IOC and UEFA in order to maximise the value of the BBC rights in their major tournaments across all of the BBC’s platforms and services in the UK and internationally.
Alexander heads up the global distribution strategy for leading esports entertainment company BLAST. He holds key relationships with the company's wide-ranging portfolio of broadcast partners, which currently span over 150M TV households in more than 100 territories across the world. He has also been the driving force in BLAST diversifying its broadcast and media output by leading on unique collaborations with Twitch and Amazon Music.
Alexander has 19 years experience in the international TV, digital and mobile industry, with a strong focus on global distribution and content strategy. Before joining BLAST, he spent time in previous positions including senior distribution roles at Maker Studios (Walt Disney) and VICE.
Remer Rietkerk is currently Newzoo’s Head of Esports where he leads Newzoo’s esports efforts, having joined the firm in September of 2019. Prior to this, Remer worked at Riot Games on the League of Legends European esports ecosystem with the League Management team. After leading the creation of the original European Regional League circuit he moved to the EU LCS where he regulated the business ecosystem, managed contracting, and acted as the primary point of contact for the EU LCS team owners. In 2018, he acted as project owner for the long-term partnership process, which culminated in the launch of the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) at the beginning of 2019.
